FAQ

How do I track my order?
 

Once the order is placed, you'll receive all the details for the tracking, such as the postal service and the tracking number so you can go on the postal service's website in order to locate your order with the number. 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

There are only two delivery options. The first one would be the one with the "Free Shipping" which is delivered to your address between 5-7 business days after your purchase is complete. The second one would be Express Shipping, which has a cost of $10.00 and delivers your order within 2 business days after the purchase has been completed. 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

If the item applies for the return, we will send you a return label via email from the postal service that fits better for both in order for the item to be returned . 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

Depending on the postal service assigned your order (based on the shipping selected at the moment of the purchase), we will provide the details in order to contact them if needed. 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes, we do international shipping. We would only need you to please make the checkout of your cart in order to confirm what would be the amount to pay based on the location where the package would be delivered. 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee which works only if the ticket of your purchase can be provided when requesting the return, plus pictures of proof for what you're returning and the reason why it is being returned. These pictures must be sent to vidal.sanchez@wixcs.com and we'll respond back as soon as possible. The product must be in the same condition as received in order to proceed with the policy.
